Booking & Appointments
Appointments are available by prior booking only and subject to availability.
We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without price reduction

Information Security
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full amount.

Health & Safety
Clients must inform us of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy before the session.
We reserve the right to modify or refuse a treatment for safety reasons.

Client Conduct
Clients are expected to behave respectfully at all times.
Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
